I'll dominate 'serious combatant' Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - usually known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK opponent Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.

Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, regularly earning massive earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
